     Andrew Turner Owings was born on 18 May 1840 at Warren County, Kentucky.1 He was the son of Benjamin H. Owings and Levinia M. Turner.4,5 Andrew Turner married first Martha (?) circa 1860 at Missouri.6 Andrew Turner married second Alma Boatman on 20 November 1876 at Monroe County, Missouri.7 Andrew died on 13 March 1920 at age 79 years, 9 months and 24 days at Frankford Road, Louisiana, Pike County, Missouri.1 (Click on the icon to see the death certificate image.).1 He was buried on 15 March 1920 at Oakland Cemetery in Randolph County, Missouri.1
