The couple was married by T. Herison.1,6,4 Opal died on 18 May 1975 at age 77 years, 11 months and 19 days at St. Elizabeth Hospital, in Palmyra, Marion County, Missouri.7,4,6 She was buried on 21 May 1975 at Greenwood Cemetery in Palmyra, Marion County, Missouri.8,7

Margaret was also known as Maggie.6

Margaret and Enoch gave the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church two acres of land for expansion of the cemetery in 1885 at Audrain County, Missouri.7
